Guidelines for Presenters


The presenters are asked to prepare a 20-minute talk, followed by a 5-minute discussion. Originally we planned 25+10 minute presentations, but had to adapt the length, as we received a relatively high number of submissions.

We do provide a computer for a power point presentation; in such cases we suggest you bring your presentation on a USB unit to avoid technical problems. If you would like to have a handout with your presentation, we kindly ask you to bring around 50 copies. There are several photocopying places in the immediate vicinity of the Faculty of Arts.


We will provide stands for the poster presentations. The posters should be in an upright position (height: 100 cm; width: 70cm).
